TOM SAWYER

1. What do you know about Mark Twain?

He was a writer from USA and he most famous novels are The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and The Adventures of Huckleberry Fin.
He grew up in Hannibal Missouri which would later provide the setting for Huckleberry Finn and Tom Sawyer.

2. Write a summary of each chapter. Add images/videos...

 Chapter 1:

Aunt Polly ordered Tom that he must paint the fence. He don't like working on Saturdays, then he saw his fried Ben Rogers in the street and he had an apple in his hand. He came to look the fence. Tom told him that it was a funny work! Ben wants to try. All of Tom friends wants to paint the fence and they do it if they gave Tom something.

Chapter 2:

The next day was Sunday and Tom wore his clean Sunday clothes, he hate this! Tom and his family went to the church. This Sunday he had a big black beetle in his pocket. When the reverend started spiking, Tom took the black beetle and he put it on the floor. There was a dog in the church and he started barked. The people in the church laughed silently. On his way to school Tom met his friend Huck Fin. Mother's didn't liked him because he lived in the streets and he was lazy and he used bad language. Huck wear a dead cat and he say that he wants to go to the graveyard at midnight. Tom wants to go with him. When Tom arrived at school he met with a new girl in his class, Becky Thatcher, she was beautiful. At midnight he met with Huck in the graveyard, they were looking for the Hoss William grave and they were afraid.

Chapter 3:

Huch says thant he saw ghosts but really he saw persons in the graveyard. That persons were Dr Robinson, Injun Joe and Muff Potter. They had a discussion, Muff Potter felt to the ground and then Injun Joe killed Dr Robinson. When Muff Potter was OK, Injun Joe told him that Muff killed Dr Robinson and he must to leave the graveyard. Tom and Huck were affrighted and the promised to not tell anyone.


Chapter 4:

Next day the sherif put Muff in small jail. At night Tom had terrible dreams about Injun Joe.
It was summer and he, his friend Joe and Huck Finn, wants to go to the Jackson's Island to live like a pirates! They catch some meat to eat, they were having fun a lot! One day they saw every boat from St Petersburg out on the river because the boats were looking the three boys!
At the morning all people of the country were on the church for the funeral. But...the three dead boys slowly walked into the church. The families kissed the boys and all was happy!

CHAPTER 5:

Some weeks later it was time for Muff Potter's trail, and Huck and Tom were worried. They went to the jail and they take him something to eat. Muff was happy to see them. Tom was worried about the trail, he could not sleep at night.

Durin the trial, the lawyer said, “Call Thomas Sawyer”. The lawyer asked him alot of questions, and Tom finaly told his history, Injun Joe jumped out of the window and disappered! Tom became the hero of St Petersburg!

CHAPTER 6:

Every young boy wants to find a tresure, and Tom did too.

Huck and Tom wants to go to the hounted house because they said that there were a tresure. In the house, the friend saw two mans downstairs, one of them was Injun Joe!

Injun Joe and the other man had $650! Injun Joe cried: “There's something here! I think is a box!”

A box with gold coins! The two mans put the tresaure under the cross, but...what cross?

CHAPTER 7:

It was Becky Thatcher's birthday on Saturday and all of her friend were happy and exited. After the picnic, they went to McDougal's Cave, everybody had candles because it was darck inside the cave. The children played and ran in the tunnels and in the rooms. Tom and Becky wanted to find a new tunnel, they walked ad walked and soon they were alone. Huck went to Widow Dougla's houseand there he saw Injun Joe, he wants to kill the poor woman! But Huck went to find the seriff and he stoped him, Injun Joe escaped, but he didn's kill the woman. Tom took Becky's hand and he wanted to find the entrace but he couldn't. Then, Tom heared a noise and he went to saw.

CHAPTER 8:

Tom saw a light and heard a noise. It was Injun Joe! But he didn't saw Tom. One day on St Petersburg, somebody said “They're here! Tom and Becky are here!” No one went to sleep at night. Everyone listened Tom's story about his adventure in the cave. Tom, one day were to visited Becky because she was weak. Becky's mother said to Tom that there were big doors in the cave and she had the keys. Tom said that therevwere Injun Joe! Many man from St Petersburg went to the cave, Injun Joe was dead dead. Tom known were was the money and he and Huck went to the cave to found it. They found a small room, there were a bed, candles and...the tresaure They were rich. The two boys took their tresaure to Aunt Polly's house. Aunt Polly was suprised. Now Tom and Huck were rich and famous in St Petersburg!

Tom Sawyer: He's the protagonist, it's a brave boy and he like the adventures and the mysteries
Huckleberry Finn: He's the best friend of Tom and he accompanied Tom in all of their adventures.
Injun Joe: He's a scary man, he's dangerous, he killed Dr Robinson.
Muff Potter: He's a good man, but he thinks he's the killer of Dr Robinson.
Becky Tatcher: She's beutiful and inteligent, she had blod hair and blue eyes, Tom loves her.
Aunt Polly: She's Thomas aunt and he lives with her because Tom hasn't got parents.
